Michael and Eva LaFond share a desire to reach children in a very special way through gospel illusion. We believe that a real Kid Helper is one that cares enough about children to help them spiritually, so maintaining an inventory of Gospel Resources to do that reinforces the name of the company and its purpose to provide creative gospel resources that teach and reach children for Christ.

Michael & Eva have been married for 20 years and have 2 children, Crystal and Cody. We travel the Western United States providing training and gospel illusion shows to churches and schools. We also provide puppets and related materials to churches and ministries for the sake of evangelism, both nationally and internationally.

As a professional magician and Gospel illusionist, Michael performs at the world famous “Magic Castle,” as well as in Las Vegas. He has participated in a cable TV segment for the American Bible Society that featured Christian Magicians. Michael is also connected with a mission team that goes into Mexico four times a year, speaking in churches and leading many to Christ by using Gospel illusion to share the message.

Michael is currently the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Magicians. This group is composed of Christians in the Arts/Entertainment who use illusion, puppetry, storytelling, ventriloquism, clowning, balloon twisting and escape artistry to creatively communicate the message of Christ.
